小弟我 最近在減肥 因為我實在太胖了
我現在每天都這樣吃
早餐因為都睡的比較晚基本上很少吃
中餐:我會到7-11買無糖高纖豆漿+御飯糰1個(沙朗牛肉)我盡量都選熱量低的飯糰
晚餐:一樣7-11 無糖茶類+御飯糰1個
盡量把熱量控制在每天800以內
請問這樣吃OK嗎?

身高:175公分
體脂:28.2
BMI:29.4
