因為下定決心減肥 開始每天慢跑
已經跑了4天了 為什麼體重不見下降呢??
我都三餐正常 沒有刻意減少 吃正常女生會吃的量這樣(我是素食者)
雖然都沒瘦 可是我還是會繼續跑下去
這樣有可能一個月受3公斤嗎????
三餐正常 不吃零食 不喝飲料 不吃宵夜 每天喝水約1600cc
