來分享一下我的菜單
我在三年之內胖了十公斤
從本來的160/45 變成160/55
以前是吃也吃不胖的体質
甜食、油炸、宵夜都完全不忌口
無奈啊 現在吃一點東西 一下就胖回來了
終於 我開始下定決心要減肥了
早餐
1。生菜沙拉 (用日式和風醬 如果用濃稠的沙拉醬熱量比較高)
2。果汁or低脂牛奶一杯
3。綜合維他命一顆
偶而用玉米片加牛奶替代生菜沙拉
中餐
1。蘇打餅兩片 or 土司一片
2。水煮蛋一個
3。納豆蕈菇湯一杯
(三點時 通常會餓or想吃點東西)
下午茶
1。蘋果一顆 (可以用其他水果替代)
2。自製低卡果凍一個
3。無糖茶一杯(什麼茶都可 無糖就好)
果凍很簡單做 我自己買吉利丁粉加水、放冰箱就可以了
一個約100cc 只有5卡的熱量
很有飽足感 而且超便宜的 比優酪、寒天都便宜
我一次做400cc 可以吃兩天
一天最多吃到兩個 餓的時候想吃東西的時候 就吃一個
晚餐
1。蔬菜湯
(用低脂雞高湯100cc 加水和一堆有的沒的蔬菜去煮
例如:紅蘿蔔、高麗菜、蕃茄、西洋芹、玉米等
依喜好自由調配)
2。一顆mm巧克力 or一顆糖果當甜點 (記得 只能吃一顆啊)
3。如果餓的話 再偷吃一個果凍
接下來就好好好控制 早點刷牙 不要再吃東西了
我的法則基本上就是 少糖 少澱粉 多吃水果蔬菜
中餐、晚餐一定有熱湯 這樣比較會有吃飽的感覺
餓的時候用果凍來增加飽足感
真的很想吃甜食時 只吃一顆糖果 or最小顆的mm
讓自己小小的滿足一下
這個月我已經瘦了三公斤了
我還會再吃下去
