我是個114公斤的胖子
以下是我的食譜加運動
早餐 一個三明治+500C.C.水
午餐 便當(米飯一碗(平碗)+4樣綠色蔬菜+小隻去皮滷雞腿)
晚餐 燕麥3湯匙+桂格麥片一杯
運動 跑2公里走2公里+騎腳踏車30分鍾
運動完心跳都有130下以上 每天都會做
請問我這樣可以瘦下來嗎?
還是有什麼需要改進的??
