5月1號77KG
6月1號73KG
7月1號72KG
這三個月我是飲食控制
早餐:豆漿+飯糰or三明治
午餐:便當
晚餐:麥片+茶葉蛋*1
在碰到撞牆期 發現單靠飲食控制是不能在瘦下來了
我需要的是燃燒體內脂肪(因為一天消耗跟你進食熱量對等了..)
有初步構想後 先規劃簡單的運動(仰臥起坐+大小腿按摩)
並增加每天水分攝取(2000~2500ml)
8月1號70kg 腰圍已經從最原始39瘦到37.5
當我確定這個方法有效
先恢復原來熱量攝取 也就是每天兩千卡
水量也有正常喝2000cc
測試看看自己會不會增肥回去並驗證效果
9月1號69kg 感覺速度不快
後來聽取好友建議 在9月中半段加入晚餐後1~2小時洗腸一次
可以加速排毒也對身體負擔減小
加強仰臥起坐(50下/天)
10月1號67.5kg 很明顯瘦比較快 腰圍37.5>>36.5
10/1 加入有氧運動(天天慢跑25~40分鐘)
差不多可以200公尺跑15~25圈
也有持續大小腿按摩跟基礎床上運動
但感覺從9/15到今天 體重還是在67.5上下
是否碰到停滯期了?
對了我現在
早餐:麥片
午餐:包子*2(種類隨意換) + 隨意燙青菜一份
晚餐:水果*1 +湯約兩碗份量(蔬菜or瘦肉or海鮮or香菇)
我有啥需要改變的讓我體重持續瘦下來?麻煩點知
看到持續快一個月都一樣的體重..QQ
