最近開始調整自己的飲食 想吃健康一點
昨晚吃了水煮青江菜(三把)+少量嚕肉飯肉燥
飯後約30分鐘又吃了一顆蘋果+一顆青蘋果
吃得算九分飽吧 可是過三個小時又餓了><
是熱量太低的緣故嗎?
