體重:50 (希望減到46公斤)
BMI: 20
體脂率:25% (但有時測20%,可能飯前/飯後測而不同)
三餐內容
早餐:正常吃(7-11的39元早餐,約500卡)
午餐:茶泡飯一碗 + 納豆 + 豆腐 (約400卡吧...我猜)
晚餐:豆腐一盒 + 燙青菜 + 水煮蛋一個 + 豆漿一杯 + 水果一份 (約500卡)
註:我吃素
日常作息時間:早睡早起,正常上下班
運動:
週二早、週四早:慢跑3km
週三早:快走5km
週六、週日:慢跑5km以上
週一晚、週四晚:皮拉提斯課程 1hr
週五:休息一天
問題陳述:體重已經維持50公斤快兩個月了,很希望再繼續瘦,卻一直沒辦法
尤其是大腿,一直瘦不下來
是需要再提高運動量,還是再減少飲食??
