我現在是63公斤
身高:152
體脂肪:29.9(高吧)
我之前2月失戀就狂跑步+飲食控制,
瘦了約15公斤到60
結果期末考就這樣一路吃吃吃到63
不行了!!!
且我體脂肪太高
我要給我自己目標
兩個禮拜瘦五公斤,體脂肪至少也要到25吧
計畫如下:
早餐吃超飽+午餐熱量400來解決+晚餐不澱粉不甜不炸
每天運動:跑30m+走30m
各位有沒有覺得哪裡該修改咧?
