我也有相同的困擾~'~
我現在是學生
每天早上七點去學校上課
五點下課之後回樂器行顧店
有時候店長比較早回來九點就能回家
有時候店長比較忙像昨天就要到十一點半才能回家
去年暑假有試過慢跑一個半月 瘦了五公斤
但是因為小時後車禍腳筋斷了一條
跑了一個半月之後受傷的那隻腳去跑就會開始痛
也不敢再繼續硬撐
iBike老媽說花錢買下去兩個禮拜就會被棄置在那邊
而且現在一天待在家的時間
加上睡覺時間都不到九個小時吧
因為住的比較郊區離健身工廠都蠻遠
社區的健身房開的時間人又都在學校上課
看著越來越大的肚子真是orz
