我是四肢瘦胖肚子的體型
肉是結實型的,目前自己外面租屋
早餐:任意吃但一定都配都豆漿,我很愛喝豆漿…
午餐:公司便當
晚餐:
1. 四種以上水煮蔬菜,加水煮肉,但都會在水裡加上橄欖油避免太乾,
味碄+醬油+醋 淋上滿滿一盤蔬菜,大概快1公斤…
2. 冬粉+大量蔬菜+肉片煮湯麵(蔬菜一定有菇類、黃色跟綠色蔬菜),一定不吃澱粉
運動方面有瑜珈和游泳,但最近加班太累偷懶一段時間,之後會逐漸恢復
也會把家裡腳踏車搬過來騎
上面飲食我持續了約兩個禮拜,但1公斤都沒瘦,
但皮膚有變好,排便變舒暢,
是那邊出了問題呢?
還有希望大家可以幫我加油
最近我下定決心要減肥要讓自己變正,
我要在30歲以前挑戰自己可以多漂亮
也準備去矯正牙齒
然後~有自信的去把我最愛的人拐到我身邊
其實真正動力來自於他 >///<
