大家最愛用的CT油中，養肝精油是CT16、CT27、CT30
推薦的養肝精油配方
馬鞭草酮迷迭香+圓葉當歸+側柏醇百里香
對肝有幫助的單方：
圓葉當歸(養肝精油)
小茴香
茴香
月桂(肝退化適用)
馬鞭草酮迷迭香
鬱金、薑、胡蘿蔔籽
廣藿香(解肝毒)
酯類：
CT6
苦橙葉(處理輕微的慢性肝炎適用)
單萜醇大都有養肝功效：CT12、13、14
大馬士革玫瑰(養肝)
側柏醇百里香(養肝利膽)
龍腦百里香(養肝利膽)
胡椒薄荷(肝炎癒後良伴)
