提高運動量後是否要增加熱量攝取 - 健身

大家好最近因為減重到一個階段後,
開始加入重訓而且採取三分化訓練,
原本都只做有氧騎腳踏車游泳跳操。
每週三次有氧一小時,
每日攝取一千六熱量,
這大約是我的基代熱量,
瘦下來後是基代+50卡。
原本吃tdee-300但不太會瘦,
應該是熱量紀錄有少了一點,
改吃成基代的熱量就開始瘦。
去健身房一週五到六次做三休一,
重訓一個半小時在橢圓機一小時。
但我發現一樣吃一千六百大卡超餓,
不是之前那種餓法是餓到很受不了,
於是一天變成吃一千八到一千九卡。
想請問這樣是要微調吃到一千八九,
還是說要再繼續撐住一千六不要動,
現在瘦下去後基代大概1480卡左右。
