改善氣色 - 保養

32yrs 有在運動
但發現以往運動一小時後 氣色會改善
血液氧氣有到達腦部的感覺
現在一小時後 卻沒感覺@@~
長期運動下來 身體曲線有改善 卻覺得好像很傷骨頭
(比例上來說 雙腿較瘦)
請問有推薦的改善皮膚以及氣色的運動嗎?
瑜珈效果如何呢? 謝謝!
