新手一週練4天的菜單 - 健身

小弟弟最近排了一週四練的菜單
Day3就是Day1重複
Day4就是Day2重複
基本上就是推拉腿課表
不過把腿前側跟腿後側平均分配給推&拉
想說這樣子每個部位一個禮拜可以練到兩次
這樣的安排可行嗎?有沒有需要調整的部分

Day1
槓鈴臥推: 3x8-12
槓鈴肩推: 3x8-12
斜板啞鈴臥推:3x8-12
三角肌側平舉: 3x15-20
深蹲: 3x8-12
後腳抬高蹲3x8-12
頭顱粉碎者3x8-12
Day2
槓鈴划船: 3X8-12(25KG)
滑輪下拉: 3X8-12(36kg)
啞鈴划船:3X8-12
繩索面拉:5X15-20
RDL 3x8-12
器械腿後勾3x8-12
啞鈴彎舉:3X8-12
