請問大家早上起床喝水是如何喝的?
因為起床會很想上廁所跟漱口後才有辦法喝水
請問一定要喝完大概一百五嗎?
還是可在早餐前分批喝完
大概十五分
因為看資訊大都是一次灌完
我無法一次喝完這麽多
但又不知我這樣有沒有效
想問大家是如何?
