早起運動會不會比較容易有運動傷害? - 健身

今天難得早起做運動
現在在練一些武術,不過在做的時候相對於以前下午練習,身體明顯的又緊又卡
一些動作較大的甩臂的動作很卡,而且關節處的喀喀聲頗明顯,有點害怕受傷就暫時先不
練了
想問一下大家如果早上起來要運動的話,會暖身多久呢?重訓類的運動是否要暖身更久才
能做呢?
還有早起運動,對身體有比較好嗎?因為一般來說下午身體已經都醒來,身體很快就熱起
來,可是早上還要做比較多熱身運動身體才會熱起來,這樣是否效率較差?那麼為何又這
麼多人喜歡早起運動呢?(當然時間考量是重要因素,下午通常在上班上課,那跟晚上比
呢?)
