各位大大好
因為受到大家在板上po文的鼓勵
所以順利在去年八到十二月
瘦了7-8公斤
但無奈這個邪惡的冬天
讓我復胖了不少 三公斤左右
不想陷入這萬劫不復的巡迴中
總歸一句話 女人真辛苦阿 減肥是一輩子的事T_T

重點來了
前面有爬文說
減肥期間
也可以吃自己想吃的
只要放在早餐就可以
例如晚上想吃 蛋糕 甜甜圈 薯條 炸雞
就把它放到明天早上
問題是 熱量最好不要超過一天所需的幾分之幾呢 ?
以一天1200大卡來看 早餐放多少? 午餐晚餐呢?
請大家為我解答一下 謝謝
