暴食過後 該怎麼調整?
之前靠著節食好不容易從52公斤瘦到46公斤,
但因為過度壓抑食慾和壓力的關係(一天只吃早餐)
這禮拜我暴食了 一發不可收拾
我知道自己當初減肥的方法是錯誤的
少吃沒有用 但我就是害怕體重增加 即便只是零點幾公斤的改變
在這邊求助各位板友們 希望大家可以給我建議
目前最大希望就是飲食可以回到正常且瘦得健康
可以請大家給我一些飲食上的建議嗎 (已爬過很多菜單 但都被批吃太少)
請問到底怎麼個吃法加運動量才算適度適量 在此拜託大家了!!
