大家好.最近學作饅頭.因為是新手.且書上講的不是很明白.想在這請教大家一下:1.為什麼老師在麵團醒麵10分鐘後.拿出來揉的時候總是可以揉的很光滑.而我在家裡揉.只有在一開始拿出袋子揉的時候比較好揉且有光滑的樣子.在繼續揉下去就變的不好揉.緊緊的.而且麵團的表面也變的不光滑.很像月球表面很
