我是高個子
一直以來體重就不輕
應該說虛胖吧…
最近靠著爬樓梯(住五樓)
多喝水
晚餐吃八分飽
一個月就瘦了五公斤!
效果很顯著
且都瘦肚子!
大腿小腿也跟著變瘦呢!!
今天去面試還被主管稱讚XD
