開始半工半讀不到一個月就瘦了兩公斤
早上六點半起床準備上班
下課回到家洗澡玩一下電腦大概都十二點睡覺
三餐都有正常吃
不知道是不是每天趕上班上課有點累瘦的
有人有這樣的經驗嗎
還好是周休二日的工作
一到五太累了擠不出時間運動,六日一定都要去爬山快走
希望可以在夏天來臨前健康的在瘦下四公斤阿
