其實這禮拜我也試了這個方法,
畢竟一個禮拜瘦四公斤太誘人了
今天第四天,是覺得褲子有變鬆、胃有變小
但還沒量體重,所以不知道到底有沒有瘦
(明天會去量體重)
不過因為穿褲子再緊繃所以我想我下禮拜還是會再試一輪
(其實這樣吃只有在第三天的早餐和午餐吃不飽,個人感想)
到時候再跟大家報告成果
