我今年小六,身高約一百五十,體重四十九,因為自己本身有意識到身體逐漸肥胖了起來(尤其手臂及大腿)又加上班上某個男生同學會笑我胖,所以才會來知識﹢求有用的減肥方法O_<請盡量不要給太劇烈的運動項目,因為我聽說每天跳繩一千下有用,從昨天一直到今天,昨天我確實有把一千下跳完,不過今天實在太累,跳不到六百下就腿軟,所以希望不要提供像以上這種��
