有窮學生適合的精油嗎 - 精油

一直以來有睡眠..精神不濟..躁鬱..偏頭痛..等等的問題..
之前去朋友家發現他有用精油,房間味道很舒服..
我問他精油是不是很貴?他說很便宜..他買兩罐還三罐只有一百多??
於是我也想用用看精油...
我很努力看了精華區,也去台大椰林BBS看了..
我發現所有介紹的精油都很貴阿!即使是大家說的便宜精油,
一小瓶也至少要兩三百.....
是不是路邊或是雜牌店家賣的便宜精油是不好的呢?
精華區裡推薦的精油對於幾十塊都要計較的窮學生來說,
實在好貴阿Orz.....
請老手給我一點建議...還是我這樣等以後自己有工作了在使用比較好呢?
