最近開始慢跑,一週幾乎跑四到五天約40-50分跑3-4K(不確定)
早-麥片牛奶or水果
午-飯一碗二到三樣菜一樣主食/黑咖啡+牛奶
下午茶-水果
晚-蔬菜湯麵
我的基代是1280
身高158體重55
體脂29(康是美量的)
食物大概是這樣,但是早餐真的會吃比較多
午餐吃的飽晚餐就真的是吃的巧了
我已經開始跑快兩到三週,中間有遇到經期(照跑)但是體重不降反升
我想問
1是我跑的太少嗎??我跑步速度不快(新手)頂多連續跑五圈(一圈300)就開始快走一圈在開
始跑,我需要調整我跑步的方法嗎??
2我跑步流汗量很少,我本來就比較少流汗拉!!可是有運動汗還是留這麼少對嗎?
大概就是輕微的冒汗而已~~
真的很沮喪,我很討厭跑步,為了減肥開始跑希望自己會愛上慢跑,但是越跑越不開心,
還被我弟笑,說我這樣根本沒用,體型也沒變(牛仔褲一樣緊)!!
我覺得是不是我跑步方法錯了!!所以體重和體型都沒變,好難過喔!!
