這是剛剛在朋友的FACEBOOK上看到的
請問裡面說的那些飲食原則是正確的嗎??
裡面只有說到飲食控制
運動方面只有提到睡前做仰臥起坐(讓睡覺的時候還能繼續燃燒熱量)
最近感覺減肥已經碰到瓶頸了...
