每日固定運動但卻瘦不下來 - 美容

我真的很煩惱耶我天天都有做運動基本上是鄭多燕健身操跳二節大概是每日晚餐後休息二小時後運動一個小時有時甚至會跳到一個半小時不定期會搖呼啦圈十分鐘~30分鐘(當然還是有跳健身操的)每日都有喝水喝足2000CC大部份會在早上就喝掉1000CC然後下午喝600CC晚上回家大概是喝400cc不過回家後都還會有固定一杯無糖綠或是一杯無糖紅茶早餐是無糖豆漿或無糖拿鐵+火腿蛋土司去邊�
