大大我給妳一點建議,這些都做到,一個月瘦5公斤都不是問題。
1.吃早餐,少量但是一定要吃。建議食譜有營養穀片(一碗300卡)、
早餐店三明治+紅茶(400卡),不要超過400卡。
2.午餐吃600卡,麵類或便利商店逛逛就知道能吃些什麼。
3.晚餐正常吃,800~1000卡,約外面一個便當。
4.3餐以外不能吃任何東西,只能喝水,一天至少1000cc。
5.晚上出去散步30分鐘,一個禮拜至少3次。
6.這樣做一個月,沒瘦的話我請妳吃雞排。
