日常作息時間:一天工作達12~16小時(有幾次需一天20小時)。
生活型態:上班族(公家機關)
減肥方式:晚上騎腳踏車30MIN、從未吃過減肥藥與代餐,希望靠運動瘦下來
問題陳述:看了別人的減肥資料,一個月瘦兩公斤,一年後皮膚鬆垮垮,
還有一堆皮?我覺得每個月兩公斤應該算慢慢瘦,如何避免一堆皮?
還是其實靠運動(騎腳踏車),每個月瘦兩公斤就不會有皮鬆垮的問題?
