最近想要開始施行每週兩天輕斷食
(想瞭解的人可用「輕斷食」關鍵字至博客來搜尋,可以看到簡介)
這方法很簡單
只要每週一、四吃500卡(早餐+晚餐)
其他時候可正常吃
但我每週會+2天健身房(妳可以不一定)
我的目標初期是三個月-8KG
當然理想的最終目標是-30KG
我不喜歡先把目標規劃得太遠,
這樣會很沒動力,
如果妳也有興趣先從三個月開始,

補充:
這群組是希望能互相督促打氣,而且可以共享低卡食譜,我已入手兩本食譜書,希望可以有朋友互相交流,所以才想創立群組。
