各位香民好,
我是剛入坑的新手,偷偷潛水幾個月,
今天浮出來想請問有哪種精油適合氣血虛弱的人?
中醫說我的體質又濕又熱,氣血非常虛弱。
體現於外就是我非常容易疲累:
中午一定要睡覺,下午4點左右一定要喝咖啡(否則晚上7點就會想躺平了),
然後我有缺鐵性貧血,平常是醫院開的鐵劑+營養食品的葉酸鐵交互吃。
睡眠品質好不好不太清楚,幾乎要睡滿7小時以上,
以及我有一點低血壓,很容易賴床。
以前是一覺到天亮,最近一個月不知道為什麼比較容易醒(一直以來都會做夢),
有用Sleep Cycle這個app觀察,Sleep Quality幾乎是落在60%-70%,
不過我其實不太清楚這個數據是否準確,用心安的吧哈哈哈。
想要解決這種一直很容易累的情況,補氣血。囧。
爬文+google後看到黑雲杉或歐洲赤松好像都是增加補氣的精油。
不知道哪種比較適合我?
p.s. 我有肩頸按摩的需求,
請問聖約翰草浸泡油+冬青+歐洲赤松/黑雲杉,這個組合會不會太刺激?
目前手上有的精油:
真正薰衣草、佛手柑、桉油醇迷迭香、廣藿香、乳香、
沒藥、胡蘿蔔籽、冬青、喜瑪拉雅雪松。
