前陣子買了幾罐chicken of the sea(in water)
上面還標說chunk light tuna
熱量的標示是
servings about 3
calories 50
fat cal 5
這意思是這整罐的tuna總共約150卡,而脂肪佔總熱量約15卡而已嗎?
也太低了吧,也太...棒了吧?
