親愛的大家~好:
這週五我又要上山3天了,暑假是JC密集鐵腿期..XD
平日雖是欠運動的歐巴桑體能,一到山上辦孩子活動,
當然也要表現出和善可親+活力十足的大姐姐貌,一同做蹦跳闖關呼喊星空等事
加上今年是負責活動紀錄的攝影組
對~就是扛著長鏡頭上山下海跟著活動一起跑的攝影手,
跑完整天流程+檢討,晚上1-2點睡,清晨準點5點起床是常態的事!
上一梯下山後,發現不只鐵腿(跑山)'還有鐵手(扛相機)' and鐵腰(連續站n小時取好景)…
回家後攤在床上~被我老公嘲笑~~一整個就是非常肉腳的歐巴桑~~嗚))))
一連2-3天像個行動癡緩的手殘&腳殘角色…..
所以像問問有經驗的大家2個問題,
<問題一>: 預防肌肉酸痛or 事前防鐵腿配方~
我有先爬了文大約有以下這些精油
伊蘭、大西洋雪松、薑、薄荷、豆蔻、檸檬香茅、馬鬱蘭、迷迭香(不知哪一種酮)、花梨
木、薰衣草、岩蘭草、丁香、廣霍香
不知有沒有人是有用過哪幾個組合或是其他配方是很有效的?
<問題二> 類似蠻牛的補體力按摩肩頸配方~
在山上的每一個夥伴都像拼命三郎一樣,完全投入精氣神在關注帶動孩子的成長上
幾乎每個人都有睡眠不足&過度操勞的身體狀況,
我也想請大家幫忙提供:有沒有適合的組合可以放鬆肩頸+提神醒腦+瞬間補氣補能量的按
摩配方?
