之前爬文有看到低卡泡菜鍋
剛好我也蠻喜歡吃泡菜的
我用的泡菜是網路手工作的韓式泡菜
一開始我只放熱開水+泡菜+少許味噌(cook說泡菜鍋要加味噌對味XD)
料的話 是 青菜1~2把、豆腐半塊、豬肉片3~4片、冬粉1把
這樣吃就快撐死了
我想問的是 因為這樣單放真的很沒有味道
所以我是要放烹調大師或鹽來增加鹹味
還是放雞湯塊當湯底
哪一樣熱量會比較低呢?
