減肥過好多次
每次都瘦了又胖 胖ㄌ又瘦
來來回回
希望可以找到不復胖的方式
有人建議我要寫下所吃的東西才會有所節制
今天是我第一天~有經驗的人幫我看看我這樣吃可以ㄇ?
基本代謝率:1297.15
早餐:麥片+芝麻糊(混在一起吃口感很不錯) 水果一個
午餐:學校營養午餐:內容大概是一點點飯+素肉燥,青菜,炒蛋,炸菜豆干
晚餐:青菜湯,餅乾兩塊
每週固定運動一次 有空會去跑五圈操場
不知道這樣吃跟運動會不會瘦ㄟ?
