我曾經是將飲料當水喝零食來三包吃三包來十包吃十包但是半個月前突然改變想健身練肌肉,知道必須要邊練邊去除脂肪現在我一三五跑步都跑滿30分鐘以上,二四六健身,仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、舉重都做到完全沒力為止,持續了兩週,但體重卻只從90變成89,而且重要是我已經戒掉那種大吃大喝的壞習慣,飲料零食現在只能算是用品嚐的,為什麼我的體重沒有很明顯得降呢什��
