如題~減肥初期會有停滯期嗎?我減重的方法就跟大家一樣早餐ˊ正常吃~固定會吃起司怕受到胸部和一杯無糖豆漿中餐吃半碗飯配菜和肉晚餐不吃澱粉吃菜和肉,魚肉雞肉居多每天喝兩千CC的水每天會吃水果運動會踩踏步機但不是每天為什麼快一個月了體重卻只從55掉到53.6晚上量都是54.6早晚體重會差個一~兩公斤明明就吃很少阿!!!這樣讓我好有挫折感好煩惱拜託大家給我正確方法讓我恢復信心初期大家不是都瘦很快嗎?而我卻好像一點動靜都沒有.........Showmore
