唉 要說這是抱怨文也好或者抒發文也好 都可以...
從去年七月減肥到現在減重了8KG
一剛開始因為沒有運動習慣又想求快
於是買了鄭多燕+吃藥減肥(我沒有練過 好孩子請勿模仿)
一直到9月份放棄藥物 心理也知道藥物減肥貴又傷身以外
(雖然當時吃並無任何不適的症狀)
還會復胖很快 過度快速瘦下來體態也不會好看
於是放棄藥物持續鄭多燕
一直到11月底 因為朋友也變成胖子關係一起加入了某健身房的會員
從加入後一直到今天我都很認真的做運動
剛開始怕一下子把自己想要運動的習慣給打死一周去三次 每次至少三十分鐘(走跑步機)
大概一個月後開始增加去的時間
三個月後變成幾乎天天每次去至少一小時(踏步機)
周六日都待2小時 (每月5日+偶爾禮拜一會給自己休假)
從上個月開始增加重訓(在那之前都有氧)
從上禮拜開始六日的時間增加為3-4小時(包含上游泳課+游泳練習)
然而我的體重卻在我加入健身房後卻開始停滯了
一公斤都沒瘦 是的 我停滯了要超過半年了
這半年來我自認運動很認真
給自己放假休息時 吃東西也都很擔心會不會因為這樣我瘦不下來
我三餐盡量正常 多吃蔬果 也要吃肉跟澱粉
放假沒去健身房時 吃東西特別容易恐慌
有時MC來真的很不舒服導致一個禮拜有超過2天沒去 我就會開始想東想西
強迫自己等MC結束時 六日去健身房的時間拉長 我要把沒去的給補回來
但我卻1KG都沒瘦...
快到7月份了 我減肥就要滿一年了
別人減肥1年不知道可以減掉多少 而我卻只減了8KG 然後停滯半年
我怎麼想都想不通到底是我不夠努力 還是我根本不管怎麼做都瘦不下來
我知道抱怨沒屁用
但是看者朋友花錢去吃中藥說是調身體實為減肥+埋針 隨隨便便就瘦了好幾KG...
我這麼努力卻連半個屁都看不到...
我知道中藥那種傷身又花錢外還很容易復胖
但我努力到現在我真的難忍住告訴自己不要比較
做重訓還會被朋友質疑這樣會長肌肉 對減肥沒幫助之類的...
男友也不怎麼支持我減肥
(它一直覺得我會用餓肚子的方式去減肥 但我沒有 我之前也沒有用餓肚子減肥的紀錄)
稍早之前 跟男友說了這件事情
我真的忍不住哭出來 前幾天 我們本來想要去六福村的水上遊樂園
但我一想到我減肥跟本還沒成功 連別人的車尾燈都還看不到...
我真的沒自信穿泳裝出去遊樂園玩(我從來沒穿泳裝出去玩過)
我也想穿比基尼 也想別人一樣有好看的體態 至少不?肚子掛者一塊五花肉出去玩
我一整個 就不想去了... 改去其他吧 不要水上活動了 什麼墾丁 月眉通通都跟我無緣
上禮拜我終於又能開始上游泳課了 所以除了重訓跟做器材的有氧 我還多了一個游泳
可是我現在真的不知道該怎麼繼續努力下去...真的好累...
