減肥和豐胸計畫~ - 美體

各位大大好~
目前我是身高158CM體重53~54KG的大四學生~
罩杯是75B...
我希望能在未來這三四個月內看能不能瘦到48KG~(我的理想體重!)
然後罩杯看能不能升到大C就好...
這樣我就很滿足了!!
板上減肥和豐胸的方法都好多,我在想不知道能不能同時並進呢?
如果先減肥,瘦到了理想體重再豐胸,這樣會不會又胖了回來?
還是先豐胸,然後再慢慢瘦下來...
當然最好的是同時並進了!!哈!
所以我想P一下我大致上每天的食譜,請大家給我一些指教吧!
早餐:統一無糖高纖豆漿X1或山藥五榖黃豆薏仁粉 配上 饅頭加起士加蛋或起士蛋餅
午餐:正常吃或 SUBWAY的每日特餐
晚餐:烤雞腿(打工地方賣的)加豆腐味增湯一碗(七點以前吃完)
三餐吃這樣我就好飽了....
然後我有在固定吃蔓越莓、黑大豆等DHC的保健食品
運動也只有禮拜二和禮拜五的體育課有氧舞蹈~大約加起來兩小時~
(好像不太夠?是不是要增加?)
大致上就是這樣子..不過有想過要買Q10來吃但不知吃什麼牌子的好...
冬天到了,風突然變得好大好強,別吹散我減肥的雄心壯志啊!!!
希望過了這個冬天,卸下厚重外套迎接春夏的是一個曼妙的身材~~
