小弟我先前有減過一段時間~也減了莫約10公斤左右,停了1個月左右沒減~最近又燃起信心想說繼續來減…先前是上課時間在校都有運動(早餐三明治+水/飯類)(中餐午餐的湯+水)(晚餐水果)~晚間跳繩1千+跑步30分1日約瘦0.3左右~但現在都在家打電腦….不知三餐該如何吃~運動該如何做呢?~請給點意見吧先前吃法都是吃學校所販售….那目前…?另外如還有肚子是否能做仰臥呢?...怕它變化成
