減肥有氧慢跑的方式 - 美容

小弟放縱了很多年~為了進入職場需要~最近下定決心要減肥~有去看過醫生~身高183體重104(現在102)當時測量的體指率:32.2!!!現在每天控制飲食一天大概1500~1800仟卡(醫院測量出來基礎代謝要1893仟卡!!)晚上會到公園跑步~一圈大概660m(GOOGLE地圖算的)想請教大家我現在如果跑快一點只能跑3圈(一圈5分鐘)然後走路(一圈8分鐘)如果我跑完3圈然後停下來走一圈再跑3圈這樣還算有氧運動嗎??走+
