減肥有點成效但體重又升回來了... - 美體

前陣子在站上詢問後,我開始紀錄每天吃的熱量
結果發現~~~~我之前每天吃都超過2000卡以上....
又沒運動..難怪會以一年1KG的速度上升.....
開始紀錄熱量之後以飲食加上有氧運動後
一個月約瘦了2.5KG~~~~三圍各瘦3cm(包括胸阿...)
前兩天MC來體重降至64.5KG~~好高興喔~~~~
但好景不常 0.0 .....只是MC排掉的水分...
現在又回到66KG....
請問有人說MC結束後是減重的好時機~
是指此時減重有效率,還是可以用其它方式減重~
另外我前兩週去游泳~可是游蛙式後~
我右腳膝蓋後方的筋會痛..已經兩週了
有時痛有時不會~可是做有氧運動時會拉到筋..
我這樣還可以繼續運動嗎~~還是等完全恢復再運動~
