減肥的困惑 - 美體

跳拳擊有氧已經3個月了,完全沒瘦(1週1次),
以前一週至少應酬3-4天,且一定喝酒,
現在儘量不應酬了,頂多一個月4-5次,
我承認幾個錯誤
1.喝酒就要配東西,尤其是下酒菜
2.愛吃炸類的食物
3.愛喝椰果奶茶
現在要努力改掉吃炸物及含糖的飲料,
晚餐也決定吃燙青菜及水果就好,
再加上有氧運動,希望讓體重能下降,
只是我今年約胖8公斤,
現在拳擊有氧雖沒有變瘦,但我覺得我手臂變粗了,
天丫.....這正是我的困擾,
我怕把肥肉練得更硬,更難瘦,
已經很大一隻了,會變成金剛芭比
老師說,要練肌力,可以增加代謝,所以要吃東西長肉肉
要伸展肌肉修飾線條(這我贊成)
但我現在實在不清楚到底要不要先減肥,再去練身體,
還是要邊控制飲食邊運動,
我才30歲,怎麼已經覺得代謝很慢丫,
以前少吃點就瘦了,現在運動也沒瘦,
請大家幫幫我指點我迷經,謝謝
