我還是學生(國中生)...要減肥==減肥餐該怎摸吃(早+中+晚)適合國中生吃的:))體重80.身高159.5要減到多少才是"標準身材"想在寒假前減下來==可以做哪些運動比較快...(要做幾分鐘)不然我快哭ㄌ....拜託大家告訴我.....謝謝:))
