我在健身房測了"身體組成分析儀"
儀器建議我減脂肪6KG(體脂有31% = ="""") 肌肉減0.2KG
基礎代謝1288
每日建議攝取16xx
目前開始跑+走一小時 讓心跳維持在120~140 一周4~5天
因為只有想要減脂肪 不打算減肌肉或者水份
請問這樣有需要節食(會吃滿基礎代謝)嗎?
還是吃到 每日建議量呢?
如果前面有文章已經解惑了 麻煩告訴我一下> <
