我減重方式通常是早午餐正常吃
晚餐吃蔬果跟水煮肉吃到飽
多喝水
不碰含糖飲料和油炸
做一些有氧運動
實行了兩個月是成功瘦下來沒錯
但我最近開始便秘了
明明有吃蔬果 水喝的也多 飲食量也沒有過少
可是就完全沒有便意
雖然身體沒有不舒服
但糞便有很多毒素不是嗎
我好怕毒素累積在體內
而且小腹那裡鼓鼓的好難看啊
救命啊
我該怎麼辦
