從9月開始
每周至少運動三次有時候四次
一次大概是踏步機40分鐘或是跑步機50~60分鐘
再加上一些基本的肌力訓練(大腿內外側、大腿前側、扭腰、提臀…)
但是截至目前,體重似乎都沒有掉下去甚至有增加的趨勢,也沒有所謂外觀有變
Po一下我的三餐 請各位幫我看看是否有什麼問題:
早餐:COSTCO貝果+快樂牛起司/7-11貝果/起司蛋土司不要抹沙拉/桂格大燕麥片
+一點可可粉之類的當調味
午餐:素食自助餐(一些糙米飯約一小碗、幾樣青菜。覺得有點油,所以會過水)
或是一般自助餐三樣青菜加飯,一樣會過水
下午茶(不一定有):一顆牛奶糖/一片餅乾/一瓶統一無糖高纖豆漿/一杯星巴克拿
鐵(大杯)
晚餐:茶葉蛋+蘋果+奇異果+一點起司片+一點葡萄乾、蔓越莓乾
一周大約有兩天晚餐是吃一般的晚餐,但是不油不炸不重口味
不知道為什麼都瘦不下來?
我也都很早睡(12點前)啊
還是因為骨盆、髖骨太寬影響代謝有關係?
