最近突然想吃饅頭,就上網看看各位大大的作法,我的作法是:500克的麵粉+7克的日正的diy乾酵母粉+水揉勻後,靜待30分發酵;30分鐘後,再努力揉一揉後,又靜待30分鐘;不知道是不是發酵的時間太長,蒸起來的饅頭雖然不難吃,但看起來扁扁的,好像在吃紅龜饅頭,各位大大請幫幫忙吧!p.s.是不是麵
