我在猶豫要不要買攪拌機做麵包用攪麵糰....因為手揉跟機器就是不一樣...機器可以攪到完成階段...內部很細綿而手揉可以揉到有發的麵糰,但,就是沒有機器的綿還是機器的好吃...家人說外面的麵包好細綿....而我做的沒外面好吃,乾、硬...所以囉...想買...但丙級證照及西點都還沒考及西點還沒學...要��
