老師上課說以每公克為單位,醣類4大卡、脂肪 9大卡、蛋白質 4大卡、酒精 7大卡
可是我看食譜的份量算出來的熱量都不是我算出來的熱量
如果以這樣算 一塊肉無論他是肥或瘦 它所產生的熱量都是一樣的?
如果是這樣減肥盡量別吃肥肉的想法就不太對了 因為瘦肉的熱量也是一公克9大卡
熱量計算的觀念上還是有不懂 請多指教
